Revenue split: 75% owner / 25% management.

No separate management fee beyond the split. Monthly reporting and transparent accounting included.

Purchase Flow

A straightforward purchase flow with milestone-based payments tied to construction progress.

You only pay for work that's done. Foundation not poured? You don't pay the next tranche. Each payment is triggered after milestone completion and verification.

    Reserve Your Residence: Execute the purchase agreement and place the 50% deposit.

    Milestone Payments: After the 50% deposit, the remaining 50% is paid in tranches: 10% at footings and foundation completion, 10% at structural framework completion, 10% at MEP rough-in, 10% at Obra Gris (finishes-ready), and 10% at closing.
