KAHAL is built for owners who want Baja access without running an operation. Each residence is delivered with a consistent spec: furnishings, appliances, and guest-ready standards so performance is repeatable and maintenance is predictable.

Owners can opt into The Gentry Collection's rental program, which manages pricing, listings, guest communication, and on-site turnover coordination. You can block personal-use dates anytime.

‍Revenue split: 75% owner / 25% management.

No separate management fee beyond the split. Monthly reporting and transparent accounting included.

PURCHASE PROCESS

Purchase Flow

Here's how it works. Milestone-based payments tied to construction progress. You only pay for work that's done.

Explore Loreto: Review the location, site plan, and available residences. Visit in person or start remotely. If a visit is the only obstacle, text me, I'll help coordinate the trip.
Reserve Your Residence: Execute the purchase agreement and place the 50% deposit.
Milestone Payments: After the 50% deposit, the remaining 50% is paid in tranches: 10% at footings and foundation completion, 10% at structural completion, 10% at MEP rough-in, 10% at Obra Gris (finishes-ready), and 10% at closing.
